Embedded World 2024 trade fair
Our contribution to the international trade fair embedded world 2024: An impressive trade fair appearance for Rutronik with twelve partners and two business units on 102 square metres. Our solution included the further development of the existing trade fair system and project management for a seamless process.
Task | Goal
We organised Rutronik's trade fair appearance at the international embedded world 2024 trade fair, where twelve partners and two business units were presented on 102 square metres. The main goal was to create an impressive presence and attract numerous visitors.
Solution | Realisation
To achieve this goal, we further developed the existing trade fair system and took over the project management. As the direct contact for the exhibiting departments, we ensured a successful and coordinated process throughout the trade fair.
Results | Highlights
The result of our work: almost 250 high-quality customer meetings in just 3 days and 25 press appointments at the stand. The smoothie bar was particularly popular during the daily happy hour, attracting numerous visitors.
