Networking in a good atmosphere: the conference was organised for Rutronik as part of the Automotive Congress to bring together manufacturers of electronic components, OEMs and suppliers. With the help of customised formats and precise planning, the event became a successful day in the automotive industry.
Task | Goal
We designed a one-day congress for Rutronik that brought together manufacturers of electronic components, OEMs and suppliers from the automotive industry. The aim was to create a platform where industry-relevant topics could be discussed and business opportunities explored.
Solution | Realisation
The congress was organised with a wide-ranging program of accompanying exhibitions and talks focusing on the latest developments and strategic approaches in the automotive market. Careful planning ensured a seamless programme and enabled participants to explore the latest trends and technologies.
Results | Highlights
15 speakers, 20 exhibitors and around 200 visitors took part in the Rutronik ABU event, including representatives from McLaren, BMW and VW. A special highlight was the evening event in the unique ambience of the Gasometer Pforzheim, which offered guests an exclusive networking opportunity.
