50 YEARS OF RUTRONIK CORPORATE EVENT
To mark Rutronik's 50th anniversary, we staged a multimedia journey through five decades of the company's history. The celebration for 1,000 guests at the CongressCentrum Pforzheim, followed by an after-show party, provided an unforgettable evening.
Task | Goal
Our task was to organise an impressive anniversary event for 1,000 employees and guests of honour at the CongressCentrum Pforzheim, which ended with a lively after-show party. The aim was to celebrate Rutronik's 50th anniversary in a fitting manner and to present the company's history in an impressive way.
Solution | Realisation
Our solution was to develop and realise a multimedia journey through five decades of Rutronik. In the style of a talk show, the event combined interviews, historical reviews and modern media to bring the company's success story to life and make it tangible.
Results | Highlights
The gala evening offered a series of impressive show highlights, including live performances by a band and a DJ. A special highlight was a self-produced film, which was presented as a holo-show. This exclusive film, combined with the multimedia presentation and interactive elements, made the event an unforgettable experience.
